Terms & Conditions

By engaging RDK Technologies for a project or service, you agree to the following terms.

• Services will be provided according to the approved quotation, proposal, agreement, or Statement of Work (SOW).
• The client must provide accurate information, content, documents, credentials, and approvals required for the project.
• Project timelines may change due to delayed feedback, approvals, content, technical issues, or third-party dependencies.
• Any work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges and revised timelines.
• Payment terms will be mentioned in the quotation, invoice, or service agreement.
• Work may be paused if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.
• Final deliverables will be provided according to the agreed project scope and payment terms.
• Ownership of source code, designs, content, software, and other deliverables will be determined by the applicable agreement.
• Third-party software, plugins, APIs, fonts, stock images, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
• The client is responsible for ensuring that all content and materials provided to RDK Technologies are legally authorized for use.
• Both RDK Technologies and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• RDK Technologies does not guarantee specific business results, sales, leads, advertising performance, or search-engine rankings unless specifically agreed in writing.
• Either party may terminate the project according to the agreed terms.
• Any outstanding payment for completed work or services remains payable after termination.
