Challenge
Speech AI needs large, structured audio datasets. Traditional collection is slow: contributors need clear prompts, metadata, and a way to record both scripted lines and real conversations without mixing speakers into one track.
Solution
We built Yugo as an Android app for speech collection projects. Contributors log in to a project, record scripted prompts, and join two-person conversations with separate audio channels. The product is designed so teams receive structured data instead of a pile of unstructured files.
Outcome
Yugo is live on Google Play with 5K+ downloads. Teams can run collection projects through an interactive mobile UI and export usable speech datasets for AI work.
