Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy before making a payment to RDK Technologies.

• Due to the customized nature of our services, payments for completed work or delivered services are generally non-refundable.
• Cancellation before work begins will be reviewed according to the agreed project terms.
• Once work has started, payments for completed work, resources allocated, or services already delivered are generally non-refundable.
• Advance payments may be adjusted against the agreed project or service fees.
• Payments made to third-party services such as hosting, domains, software, APIs, advertising platforms, or other external services may not be refundable.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to RDK Technologies.
• Each refund request will be reviewed based on the work completed, expenses incurred, agreement terms, and applicable law.
• Any exception to the refund policy will be considered at the discretion of RDK Technologies or as required by applicable law.
